What’s my name…when you write about me?

18 months ago I read the Bangkok post as Viktor Bout was hauled out of the Sofitel hotel on Silom Rd in Bangkok for allegedly agreeing to sell arms to U.S agents masquerading as FARC members.

Today the Thai court ruled against extradition to the U.S which well they should have. It’s really time the U.S stopped thinking that the rest of the world works for the U.S.

Interesting if you read the different snippets of news from the wire feeds – how the media refers to Viktor Bout – smuggler, business man, citizen etc etc – I listed a bunch of them – from reuters through to the christian monitor.

“Arms dealer Viktor Bout”
